I bought the Inspiron 14 series laptop. The motherboard broke after a month. They sent it for repair which took a total of 6 weeks from breaking to re-delivery. They replaced the motherboard but said the sound was fine. When it came back, had the same sound issue. They just sent me the 15 series as a replacement but it has the same sound issue.
